ASSOCIATE PSYCHOTHERAPIST
I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) supporting individuals with anxiety, trauma, and self-esteem challenges, as well as couples navigating relationship patterns and connection. Many of the clients I work with are young adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or under pressure to keep it all together while trying to figure out what they actually need.
In sessions, we slow things down and look at what’s contributing to how you’re feeling, so we can start shifting patterns that aren’t working for you anymore. I draw from CBT, psychodynamic therapy, EMDR, mindfulness, and relational work depending on what’s most helpful in the moment. I also work with couples using the Gottman Method.
My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I’ll meet you where you are, help you make sense of what’s coming up, and gently challenge patterns that are keeping you feeling stuck or disconnected from yourself.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in media in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, so I understand what it’s like to manage a lot while still trying to stay on top of everything. That perspective shows up in how I work with clients today.
Outside of therapy, I find balance in morning walks, strength-based workouts, and spending time with friends.

therapy approaches
-
Focuses on changing negative thought patterns and behaviors. Based on the idea that thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are interconnected and that changing one can lead to positive changes in the others.
-
Helps process distressing memories or experiences so they feel less overwhelming. EMDR can reduce emotional intensity, support healing from trauma, and help you feel more grounded and present.
-
A research-based approach to strengthen communication, build trust, and deepen connection. Couples learn practical skills to manage conflict, increase understanding, and foster lasting intimacy.
-
Involves practice of non judgemental awareness through techniques such as meditation or breathing exercises.
-
Focuses on exploring unconscious thoughts and feelings to gain insight into emotional conflicts and unresolved issues from the past.
-
Focuses on identifying and building upon an individual's strengths and positive qualities.
-
Focuses on accepting and celebrating all bodies, regardless of size, shape, or appearance, and challenging societal norms and standards related to beauty and worth to promote self-acceptance and self-love.
-
Focuses on past and present relationships and attachment with the goal of understanding how these relationships impact overall well being and interpersonal functioning.
-
Encourages acceptance of difficult thoughts and feelings rather than trying to eliminate them. Focuses on helping you take meaningful action guided by your values, even in the presence of discomfort or uncertainty.
-
A collaborative, nonjudgmental approach that helps you explore your ambivalence, clarify what you want, and build motivation for meaningful change—at a pace that feels right for you.
