Madelyn Lunder, LMSW
about madelyn
I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) supporting individuals with anxiety, trauma, and self-esteem challenges, as well as couples navigating relationship patterns and connection. I provide a holistic, personalized approach to help clients move through life’s obstacles and daily struggles. I’m especially passionate about supporting teens and young adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of what comes next.
I integrate modalities like CBT, psychodynamic, mindfulness, strengths-based therapy, EMDR, and relational therapy to help clients feel grounded, process past traumas, set boundaries, and communicate more effectively. I also work with couples using the Gottman Method. I work with clients in a real way—helping you feel acknowledged and supported while gently challenging you to explore the thoughts and behaviors that may be holding you back.
My goal is always to meet you where you are and tailor our work to what feels most supportive. Together, we’ll uncover patterns, build new skills, and move toward greater confidence, clarity, and connection.
Outside of therapy, I find grounding through morning walks, strength-based workouts, and spending time with friends. Small daily rituals help me stay centered, and I enjoy supporting clients in discovering what grounding looks like for them.
If you’re ready to begin therapy—or even just considering it—I invite you to reach out for a free consultation. I’d be honored to support you as you take the next step toward feeling more balanced and confident.
