CLINICAL AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOR THERAPISTS AT EVERY STAGE
supervision for new york therapists
Whether you are pursuing clinical licensure or simply want a space to continue your growth as a clinician, I provide off-site clinical supervision to social workers and mental health counselors in New York. I am here to provide you with the guidance, support, and training you need to succeed in your career.
Our supervision sessions are tailored to meet your unique needs and goals and are designed to help you develop your clinical skills, deepen your understanding of theory and research, and enhance your overall professional confidence and competence. Supervision is a powerful tool for personal and professional growth, and I am honored to support you on your journey.
Supervision and consultation sessions are offered virtually and can be scheduled weekly, biweekly, or as-needed, depending on your goals.
my experience
I am SIFI (Seminar In Field Instruction) Certified and have experience supervising graduate school interns, pre-licensed clinicians, licensed clinicians, and supervisors. Before establishing my private practice, I served as the Director of Clinical Operations for a group practice where I had the opportunity to nurture the clinical and professional growth of a team of therapists.
My background has afforded me a deep understanding of the nuances of both solo and group practices. I know the importance of building strong habits and confidence as a clinician and am passionate about coaching and mentoring clinicians. In addition to supervision surrounding clients and clinical topics, I work with my supervisees on marketing, best scheduling practices, fee setting, overcoming imposter syndrome, and navigating the intricacies of being a therapist.
