SENIOR PSYCHOTHERAPIST

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I also have a strong focus in perinatal mental health, supporting clients through pregnancy, postpartum changes, fertility journeys, motherhood, and all of the emotional shifts that can come with major life transitions.

Many of my clients are moving through periods of change where things feel uncertain and overwhelming to manage. I see therapy as a space to slow down, make sense of what is happening, and find ways to feel steady moving through it.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and direct. I bring an engaged and instantly comfortable energy to sessions, creating a space where clients feel both supported and actively involved in the work. Together, we’ll clarify what matters to you, identify what’s not working, and build on the strengths you already have.

I draw from CBT, psychodynamic therapy, solution-focused work, and mindfulness-based approaches, tailoring treatment to what feels most helpful for you. I see therapy as a process we do together - you bring your lived experience and I bring perspective and tools to help you move forward in a way that feels aligned and sustainable.

Outside of therapy, I usually start my mornings with iced coffee, a perfectly curated playlist, and the New York Times crossword puzzle. I slow down and reset by journaling, reading, and swimming whenever I can.

Reach out to take the next step.
